Boris Li

Boris graduated from The University of Toronto with a Masters in Physical Therapy. He has a strong interest in human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, which began during his undergraduate studies at York University. Boris has a special interest in spinal, shoulder and sport related injuries.

Boris approaches musculoskeletal conditions by prioritizing functional mobility and strength training throughout the rehabilitation process. Boris integrates a wide range of assessment and treatment methods to maximize patient recovery including: dry needling and electro-acupuncture, myofascial release techniques, hands-on joint mobilizations, movement screens & corrective exercise prescription.

Having sustained injuries himself during his time as a varsity Badminton athlete, and in his post-varsity career in powerlifting & weight training, he can relate to the recovery process and the patient experience.

In his free time, Boris enjoys travelling and staying active participating in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He also enjoys spending time watching his newborn baby boy develop.
