Gillian Growse

Gillian earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario. She went on to obtain her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto where she graduated with magna cum laude and clinic honours distinctions. During her studies, Dr. Growse pursued additional training in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University.

Gillian enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, sprains/strains, rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, TMJ (jaw) pain, foot pain and generalized joint pain. Dr. Growse uses a variety of techniques including myofascial release technique, active release technique (ART), manipulation, mobilization, electrical acupuncture and therapeutic exercises to get her patients moving and feeling better. She believes in leading an active lifestyle and encouraging her patients to do so as well. In her free time, Dr. Growse enjoys yoga, spinning, skiing and cooking.
