Prior to starting her Masters in Physical Therapy, Hayley completed an undergraduate in Human Biology Health and Disease at the University of Toronto. Within the field of physiotherapy, Hayley has a strong interest in women’s health. She is currently working with the Women’s Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association on several initiatives aimed at educating physiotherapy students across Canada on specialized women’s health topics.
In addition to women’s health, Hayley is passionate about general health and wellness. Her fitness background is coloured with a variety of different training methods including boxing, hot yoga, pilates, dance, weight lifting, circuit training, and spinning. Hayley believes that exercise needs to be fun and enjoyable but also challenging and results-oriented.
Hayley is passionate about her pursuit of a career that allows her to combine both backgrounds in health sciences and in fitness to help others achieve sustainable results.
