Lauren graduated from the Masters of Physical Therapy program at Western University. Prior to that, she completed her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in kinesiology at Queen’s University, and a Masters of Science studying knee biomechanics and osteoarthritis at Western.
Lauren ran for the Western University cross country and track teams while she studied physiotherapy and she has been competing in triathlons for the last 4 years. She enjoys recreational volleyball, soccer, basketball and hockey, as well.
Lauren has an interest in sports and concussion rehab, and enjoys helping people get back to the activities they love. She uses a combination of education, exercise, and manual therapy to provide an individualized treatment plan based on her clients’ goals.
Lauren believes in lifelong learning and is actively pursuing advanced credentials in manual therapy through the orthopaedic division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
