Nav graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from McMaster University in 2015. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biopsychology at The University of Winnipeg.
Nav is passionate about women’s and pelvic health and has taken post-graduate courses to gain knowledge and skills to help patients with pelvic dysfunction. She has extensive experience in preparing women for labour, post-partum care, and treats conditions such as incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, as well as pelvic pain. Nav combines a multi-modal approach to treatment including patient education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription. She works with her clients to create and achieve goals to improve their quality of life and optimize health.
Outside of work, Nav enjoys keeping active by running, hiking, and doing yoga.
